Participants must provide accurate information during registration. Registration is confirmed after successful registration and payment, wherever applicable.

Programme fees, taxes, and other charges will be displayed on the respective programme page.

Programme schedules and other details may be changed when necessary. Participants must follow CDO/IIT Tirupati rules, and programme materials must not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Certificates will be issued subject to the prescribed requirements.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and refund requests will be governed by the conditions specified for each programme/event. Registration fees may be non-refundable where specifically stated.

In case of programme cancellation or postponement, applicable refund or adjustment will be considered as per the programme-specific conditions and decision of the competent authority.

Duplicate or excess payments may be refunded after verification.

Approved refunds will normally be processed to the original payment source, subject to applicable procedures.

4. Privacy Policy

Information such as participant name, contact details, organization, registration details, and payment-related information will be used for programme registration, payment processing, communication, certification, and institutional records.

Payments are processed through authorized payment gateway providers. CDO/IIT Tirupati does not intentionally collect or store sensitive payment credentials such as card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords on the CDO Portal.

Reasonable measures are taken to protect personal information from unauthorized access or misuse.
